How did you meet?
We have a lot of mutual friends but officially met in a local pub in 2014! Adam had been trying for months to meet me and I kept shutting him down!!!
The Proposal – How did it happen?
December 2017 – we went on an incredible holiday to Orlando, Haiti, Jamaica & Mexico. A beautiful day in Mexico we went glass bottom kayaking and snorkelling. Whilst snorkelling and taking the incredible reef, Adam proposed to me underwater with the most amazing ring!
Which wedding venue did you choose and why?
We tied the knot at Nancarrow Fam. I always knew I wanted a rustic style wedding. Somewhere that was exclusively ours for the day, had breathtaking scenery and delivered memorable food (the important part)! Nancarrow ticked all the boxes, it was perfect. The whole venue was ours along with the cottages and a house that our bridal party took advantage of the night before our wedding!
My Favourite Moment
Saying “I Do” and our first dance as Mr and Mrs. I also throughly enjoyed the morning, getting ready with my bridal party and drinking Champagne.
What’s one wedding planning tip you’d pass on to all brides to be?
Do what you want to do! Many people will have opinions, but just make sure every choice you make is true to your heart.
